The central location of this quad allows access to the main places of interest on foot: as the CC Boulevard (3 min); Mercadona (7 min); local bars and restaurants; cashiers, and of course … the coves of Playa Flamenca (La Mosca just 1500 meters walk).
The south orientation of this house allows sun to be enjoyed throughout the day, and gives heat to the main areas of the house such as the living room, the glazed terrace and the main room.
The interior warmth of the house offers a cozy and pleasant atmosphere.
The living room is spacious and sheltered from the eyes of those who pass through the community corridors thanks to the difference in height.
It has two bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchen with breakfast bar, laundry, storage room and a beautiful solarium with aluminum and glass closure where you can make life during the winter days.
The well-known market of Playa Flamenca (Orihuela Costa) is very close on Saturday mornings to blend in the diversity of nationalities (Swedish, English, German, Spanish, Belgian, among others) that enriches our coast. The advantage of this house is that its access is not blocked on Saturdays (market day), and even enjoys a private (community) street.
In the garden there is a cozy terrace ideal for relaxing in the afternoon or morning coffee: and your family and friends will be happy to invite you to have a drink or a barbecue in a charming atmosphere with music under the sunset sun in the solarium, with a part covered and sheltered from the wind.
The community is especially friendly, with owners of many different nationalities (Swedish, Irish, English, German, Spanish, etc.) typical of our beach area. Community areas are cared for throughout the year, as well as the community pool, with a children’s area in a gated community with owners who live throughout the year.
